بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

والصلاة والسلام علي اشرف الانبياء والمرسلين

بعون الله تعالى تم اختتام اجتماع لجنة التصويت في ساعه متأخره من ليلة البارحه حيث تم اعداد الخطه النهائيه للتصويت وحضيت الاجتماعات المعده لهذا الشان بسريه تامه
حيث تم اعتماد خطة التصويت في الاجتماع الختامي

ونطمئن الجميع ان الخطه متقنه وناجحه باذن الله

اما مايخص المبالغ الماليه فاي مبالغ تسلم للشاعر مباشره او والده او الشيخ فسوف يتم تسجيلها باسماء اصحابها ومن يرغب بارسال المبلغ بنفسه فمن الافضل ان ينسق
مع لجنة التصويت لتزويده بموعد ارسال البطاقه
